TaskBot employee and task management
A Telegram bot for employee records, attendance and tasks, with Excel reporting, Gemini-assisted analysis and a supporting REST API.
The problem
Team administration needs accessible workflows that connect employee records, attendance and tasks.
Solution and data flow
Bot handlers manage conversations, buttons and permissions. A database manager connects records to attendance, Excel, notification and scheduling modules. A Gemini integration uses the data to assist with analysis and report drafting.
Implementation and challenges
The repository includes holiday management, backups, an admin dashboard and an API. Coordinating conversation state, alerts and reports is the integration challenge. AI analysis supports human review rather than establishing a validated measure of employee quality.
